And then, AIW had to go and do this...

She was (shockingly) hammered. And apparently agreed to marry dick justice.

Tracy Smothers was great... Everything else... Well... Its an indy show.

    Nuff said til monday.

Matches like that are why I happily drive three hours each way for AIW.

The dudes who run AIW(chandler and john) have a new podcast out called "The Card is Going to Change"

There are 3 half hour episodes so far and it's really fascinating stuff, they talk about all the shit they have to deal with trying to put shows together, and incredibly they pull no punches, in episode 2 they bury the fuck out of vader, and they seem to be really honest about the crazy stuff that's happened

I haven't watched the whole show because it's 4.5 hours long but I bought Absolution and the Lucha 6 man is really great and the Dick Justice/Jock Samson match has a really cool moment with a young fan that made me smile ear to ear

but the EC3/Karlee Perez v Garganno/Candice match is an absolute spectacle, I think the match itself is like 6 minutes but the segment is at least a half hour, and if you loved nXt Redemption like I did you will LOVE THIS MATCH

I wanted to go to Absolution so bad, but couldn't get out of work in time to make the trip. So sad I had to miss that nXt Redemption match.

Grant & i are making the trip to the show at the end of August with Tommy End, Big Mike and Teddy fucking Hart, and also Gargano's farewell show in September. I expect the building to be packed for Gargano's last show.

Of course the one AIW show in a month span I didn't plan on attending. Would have been cool to meet Helwani. The only celebrity AIW sighting I got was an incognito Dolph Ziggler a few years ago.
