That thing was rickety as hell.

They showed a lot of the cage set up, and yeah it was quite the shitty cage. I think towards the end, they were just like "Fuck it, it's only Icarus".

They showed a few video packages (some they had already shown), and they showed that Chuck Taylor interview that he did ringside. I don't think they were prepared with that long of a set up.

New season premiere results from Sunday at 2300 Arena:

Wrecking Crew (Blaster McMassive/Max Smashmaster/Flex Rumblecrunch/Jaka/Oleg the Usurper) def The Throwbacks/Shynron/Jervis Cottonbelly/Princess Kimberlee after Blaster superplexes Kimber Lee off the top rope

Nokken def Ophidian to earn 3 points towards the Grand Championship with a tombstone piledriver

NRG (Race Jaxon/Hype Rockwell) def Colony Xtreme Force (Missle Assault & Arctic Rescue Ant) after hitting a black hole slam on Arctic Rescue Ant
    – Missile Assault is upset and leaves without Arctic Rescue Ant. Dissension within the Colony Xtreme Force.

UltraMantis Black def Juan Francisco de Coronado after hitting a Praying Mantis bomb

The BDK (Jakob Hammermeier/Pinkie Sanchez/Soldier Ant) def The Colony (Worker Ant/Silver Ant/Fire Ant) when Jakob got Worker Ant to submit
    – There was a moment when Soldier Ant and Fire Ant were face to face and Soldier Ant hesitated.

Kevin Condron def Eddie Kingstong when Condron fakes getting low blowed and Barber DQ’s Kingston
    – Kingston is back to 0 points towards the Grand Championship

Hallowicked/Frightmare def the Batiri wieh Frightmare pins Kodama

    Grand Championship
Icarus def Chuck Taylor to retain
    – both men cheated throughout the match and apparently the fans did not like it

I mean the Bucks were runners up two years ago, is AJ Styles really that much of an improvement over Michael Bennett?

When that match was announced I really thought about driving up for the show. Glad to hear that it by all accounts was a real hit.

Also here's a really good video from Quack.

just finished the whole show, this is the best kind of chikara IMO, the wrestling is all good to very good, and the storytelling in the last 3-4 matches is incredible, I wish all promotions would take storytelling this seriously

    I highly recommend this show!
