    GFW will have Tournament matches for ll for of their divisions on the 24th first TVA taping. Global Division, GEN*NEX Division(Their X Division),Women's, & Tag Team. Here are the matches announce for the TV taping in Vegas:

    Global Force Wrestling has announced the following matches for the July 24 television taping that will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada at The Orleans.

    -Brian Myers (formerly Curt Hawkins) vs. Chris Mortedzky (formerly Chris Masters) in a Global Championship tournament match.

    -Bobby Roode vs. TBA in a Global Championship tournament match.

    -Kongo Kong vs. Nick Aldis (formerly Magnus) in a Global Championship tournament match.

    -Chris Sabin and Kushida vs. Reno SCUM in a Tag Title tournament match.

    -PJ Black (formerly Justin Gabriel) vs. Seiya Sanada in a NEX*GEN Championship tournament match.

    -Jigsaw vs. Sonjay Dutt in a NEX*GEN Championship tournament match.

    -Christina Von Eerie vs. Mickie James vs. Lei'D Tapa in a Women's Championship tournament match.

    -Bestia 666, Blood Eagle & Steve Pain vs. Phoenix Star, Zokre & Misterioso Jr.

    So i wasn't aware of tna when they were starting in 2002.

    Did their first couple lineups look as bad as this?

    It wasn't all that spectacular, but they at least had some decent names to use as draws like Ken Shamrock. Only a handful of the roster debuted on the first show.

    like i know what the matches were for the most part, but online was the reaction as flat for tna as gfw? Because GFW is pretty much a joke at this point.

    It was somewhat middle of the road reaction wise from what I remember. But I don't think it was near as bad as what GFW is getting right now.

    Sort of. The first show had a NWA-TNA World Title Gauntlet rumble, second show had the round-robin 4-way X-division match, the Tagtitle Tourny won by X Champ AJ Styles & Jerry Lynn

    I'm not sure who he's managing, but they brought in Maxwell Chicago to be a manager, and I am not fully behind GFW.
